They help build ideas in the world, and they leave something behind.OverviewThe Account Director has a passion for creativity and is responsible for developing ongoing business relationships from the prospect stage through existing account management. The Account Director leads and manages a significant piece of business, client engagements, and partnerships with internal creative, strategy, and production teams. The position is focused on quality of service, and on-time, on-budget completion of the agency's services. The quality of the work is paramount, and the Account Director is responsible for creating idea-friendly environments within the account service team and the client walls.ResponsibilitiesProvide regular client business updates to the broader teamWork with finance and program management on monthly burn report and resource utilizationUnderstand project deliverables and identify incremental creative opportunitiesWork with Fallon CMO to provide monthly updates for Sales ForceWork with Strategy and Creative Directors to finalize briefsLead Integrated Agency Team relationshipsMonthly hours/staffing report and review with clientLead all aspects of large-scale productionsWork, in conjunction with Sr Director/GAD and Program Management, on project fee scoping/estimatingRegularly identifies areas of growth for the agencyMentoring and Leading Account Supervisors and ManagersQualifications8+years of agency experience2-3 years of managerial experienceExperience working on large creative campaigns and complex productions; bonus points for experience working on Super Bowl campaignsHigh EQSenior level strategic POV developmentAbility to manage cross discipline teamAdept at identifies risks and pivots appropriatelyStrong business acumenAdditional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
