Registered Nurse - Med Surg Float Pool

Responsibilities Provide advanced nursing care across various units including Acute Rehab, Medical Acute Care, Med Tele, Surgical Cardiology, Neuro Trauma, Ortho/Spine, Oncology, and Multi Trauma. Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes, perform delegated duties within scope of practice, and rotate to different areas based on competency. Contribute to patient care planning and support hospital initiatives to improve nursing practices. Role Registered Nurse Med Surg Float Pool Responsibilities Provide advanced nursing care across various units including Acute Rehab, Medical Acute Care, Med Tele, Surgical Cardiology, Neuro Trauma, Ortho/Spine, Oncology, and Multi Trauma. Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes, perform delegated duties within scope of practice, and rotate to different areas based on competency. Qualifications Current BLS and ACLS certifications, active Colorado RN licensure, graduate of a nursing program (BSN preferred), with two+ years inpatient acute care experience preferred. Ability to demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice. Key Skills Strong clinical knowledge, adaptability to different units, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
