SGI is seeking a Project Manager / Watch Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Service (FPS), under the FPS Incident Management Center (IMC) support contract. This contract provides watch desk, briefing, and information management support to assist FPS in monitoring operational activity and incidents, managing information flow, and presenting information to support situational awareness and decision-making. The Intermediate Project Manager / Watch Analyst supports the effective execution of FPS watch operations by managing watch functions, overseeing reporting and information flow, and ensuring the quality and consistency of watch activities.*Contingent on contract award*ResponsibilitiesManage FPS Watch functions and ensure the quality of deliverables and performance of contract watch standersManage watch processes and information flow in support of FPS operationsMaintain situational awareness of DHS-related events, incidents, and threatsPrioritize tasks and coordinate reporting and information sharing with other FPS elementsConduct training for all watch personnel and shifts to ensure compliance with production and watch activity guidelinesAssure and control production and service quality related to communications, information transmission, and data and information presentationDevelop and implement training programs and training modules for Senior and Junior Watch Officers and data analystsIdentify and administer formal and ad hoc training sessions, exercises, and evaluationsQualificationsU.S. CitizenActive Secret security clearanceMinimum of a BA/BS degree12 years of experience in operations centers, emergency management, dispatch, first responder (law enforcement, fire, or rescue), or related workOR a Minimum of 8 of the 12 years in ManagementAbility to perform duties independentlyProgram/Project Manager certification is desired SGI Global provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
