Location: Arlington, VA / Washington, DC area, including NGB, TARC, Pentagon, ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, and authorized telework locations
Work Arrangement: On-site/hybrid as authorized; remote work is not permitted
Clearance: Secret required; Top Secret preferred

Status: Contingent upon contract award

Position Summary

Summit Technologies is seeking a Project Analyst to support NGB Executive Secretariat staff action operations. The successful candidate will help manage tasker flow, coordinate information across NGB offices, support meeting management, and ensure timely processing of official actions.

Responsibilities

• Support receipt, review, assignment, tracking, and closeout of taskers.
• Maintain daily visibility of open, due, overdue, and high-priority actions.
• Assist with identifying routing requirements and coordination offices.
• Maintain spreadsheets, calendars, status reports, and document repositories.
• Support governance meeting calendar updates and attendee accountability.
• Prepare tasker status updates for Government review.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Research background information and prior related actions.
• Support document formatting, distribution, and archive activities.
• Contribute to process improvement and continuity documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of experience in staff support, project analysis, executive support, workflow tracking, or related Government support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with senior staff and stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NGB, ARNG, ANG, DoD, or headquarters staff processes.
• Experience with SharePoint and electronic task management tools.
• Familiarity with staff action control and official correspondence.

* Note: The anticipated salary range for this contingent upon award position is $80,000 to $140,000 annually. The final offered salary will be determined by the candidate's specific qualifications, relevant experience, location, and the final funding level approved by the client upon contract award.
