Dacia Reserve is hiring a friendly, dependable, and organized person to work at our front counter and provide excellent customer service.

Speaking Romanian is required because many of our customers are Romanian. Applicants must also be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their orders
• Serve prepared meals from the kitchen
• Slice, weigh, package, and serve products from the refrigerated deli display
• Prepare coffee and other beverages
• Operate the cash register and collect payments
• Answer customers’ questions about our menu and deli products
• Keep the front counter, dining area, coffee station, and deli display clean and organized
• Restock beverages, packaging, and front-counter supplies
• Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• Communicate and work closely with the kitchen staff

Requirements:

• Must speak Romanian
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Friendly, polite, and comfortable interacting with customers
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and willing to learn
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work weekends
• Previous restaurant, deli, cashier, barista, or customer-service experience is preferred
• Experience using a deli slicer is a plus, but training can be provided

Store Hours:

• Tuesday–Saturday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday: Closed

Compensation will be discussed based on experience.
