What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist guests in finding the right vehicle with a friendly, nopressure approach
• Stay current on Kia models, features, and promotions
• Conduct test drives and provide product presentations and financing/warranty guidance
• Follow up on leads and build longterm customer relationships
• Collaborate with a positive, highenergy team in a fastpaced environment
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (automotive preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, confident, and teamoriented mindset
• Proven work ethic with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Passion for cars and delivering exceptional customer experiences
