Job Details Location: Honda of Burien (HOFB), Burien, WA 98148 Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, including commissions. After 36 months of continuous service, earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; after 120 months of continuous service, earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year. What You’ll Be Doing Greet service customers with a professional and welcoming attitude. Listen to vehicle concerns and document issues clearly. Communicate with technicians to determine service needs and timelines. Provide accurate cost and time estimates. Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle history and Honda guidelines. Keep customers informed throughout the service process. Ensure smooth and timely vehicle pickup and payment. Deliver top-tier customer satisfaction every single time. What We’re Looking For Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. A customer‑first attitude and a professional demeanor. Ability to multitask in a busy service drive. Familiarity with DMS software is a bonus. Must be available to work weekends.
