Physical Therapist (PT)
In-and Outpatient Settings Available | Full Time | Sign-On Bonus | Relocation Assistance

MLR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our client's reputable rehabilitation team near the Colorado Springs area!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement treatment plans by applying therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to improve patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on exercises, stretches, and strategies to improve mobility, strength, and overall wellness.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and functional independence.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
Maintain detailed patient records, documenting progress and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations.
Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality and care.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in Colorado (or ability to obtain licensure).
Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and motivate patients effectively.
A compassionate, patient-centered approach focused on promoting recovery and independence.
