Make a real difference as an Occupational Therapist supporting students across several schools near Newark, DE. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work directly onsite, helping young learners succeed in both elementary and secondary school environments. The positions offer a full-time schedule beginning August 25, 2026, and ending June 8, 2027.

We are filling three distinct roles with varying caseloads and schools:

• Lancashire and Maple Lane Elementary (split schedule)
• Mount Pleasant Elementary
• Middle and High School (split schedule)

Your expertise will contribute to positive learning experiences for students requiring occupational therapy services.

Qualifications:

• Active Delaware Occupational Therapist license required
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions for diverse student needs
• Resilience and creative problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to determine needs and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in assigned school(s)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Manage schedule flexibly to serve students across split caseloads
