Job Description

We are seeking a polished, passionate, and hospitality-driven Server to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong appreciation for Italian cuisine, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a refined yet welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, attentive, and personalized service consistent with fine dining standards.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, regional specialties, and culinary traditions.
Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, daily specials, wine and beverage offerings, and dietary considerations.
Anticipate guest needs and create a warm, memorable dining experience.
Communicate professionally and effectively with guests, chefs, servers, sommeliers, and management.
Follow established service standards, restaurant procedures, and food-safety guidelines.
Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor throughout each shift.
Accurately process orders, payments, and guest requests.
Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and elegant dining environment.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when appropriate.
Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing team culture.

Requirements

Previous experience in fine dining, upscale hospitality, or a comparable service environment preferred.
Experienced in Italian food, wine, hospitality, and culture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to anticipate guest needs and consistently exceed service expectations.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
Strong teamwork and willingness to support colleagues across the restaurant.
Knowledge of Italian wines and regional cuisine is a plus.
Food-safety, wine, or hospitality certifications are a plus.
