Server - Fine Dinning

We are seeking a polished, passionate, and hospitality-driven Server  to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong appreciation for Italian cuisine, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a refined yet welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, attentive, and personalized service consistent with fine dining standards.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, regional specialties, and culinary traditions.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, daily specials, wine and beverage offerings, and dietary considerations.
• Anticipate guest needs and create a warm, memorable dining experience.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with guests, chefs, servers, sommeliers, and management.
• Follow established service standards, restaurant procedures, and food-safety guidelines.
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor throughout each shift.
• Accurately process orders, payments, and guest requests.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and elegant dining environment.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when appropriate.
• Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing team culture.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining, upscale hospitality, or a comparable service environment preferred.
• Experienced in Italian food, wine, hospitality, and culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and consistently exceed service expectations.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to support colleagues across the restaurant.
• Knowledge of Italian wines and regional cuisine is a plus.
• Food-safety, wine, or hospitality certifications are a plus.
