Your Daily Responsibilities Include:

Prepare and serve daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks according to established menus

Maintain all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards

Manage food inventory, ordering, receiving, and storage

Monitor food costs and minimize waste

Keep kitchen equipment and workspaces clean and organized

Collaborate with school leadership regarding menus, allergies, and special dietary needs

Maintain accurate kitchen records and documentation

Supervise and support kitchen assistants as needed

Qualifications:

2 years of experience cooking for over 100 people

Previous experience in food service, school nutrition, childcare, hospitality, healthcare, or institutional kitchens

Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Experience with high-volume meal preparation preferred
