Director Of Human ResourcesA growing, multi-location organization is seeking an experienced Director Of Human Resources to lead the organization's people strategy and HR operations. This position will partner closely with executive and operational leadership and will play a key role in building scalable HR practices that support continued growth.The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR leader with experience supporting a distributed workforce and multiple locations. Retail, real estate, hospitality, consumer services, or other multi-site environments are highly preferred.Overview Of The Director Of Human Resources Role:Lead the overall HR function and develop strategies aligned with organizational goalsPartner with executive and operational leadership on workforce planning and organizational developmentOversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and retention initiativesDevelop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practicesSupport leaders and managers with employee relations, coaching, and performance issuesOversee compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiativesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsAnalyze workforce trends and HR metrics to support business decisionsHelp develop leadership and employee development programsLead initiatives related to culture, employee engagement, and retentionManage and develop the HR teamSupport organizational growth, change management, and process improvementPreferred Qualifications For The Director Of Human Resources Role:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership experienceExperience supporting a multi-location or distributed workforce strongly preferredRetail or real estate experience highly preferredStrong employee relations and employment law knowledgeExperience developing and implementing HR policies and processesStrong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to balance strategic HR leadership with a hands-on approachSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
