• New Agent Training: learn the foundations of listing, buying, contracts and lead generation, plus a structured onboarding plan for your first weeks
• Weekly Skills classes: led by Adam Oberski and attended by 100+ agents
• Hands-on experience: previewing homes, practice CMAs and offers, and holding open houses early in your career

Coaching from real brokers:

• Six managing brokers in the office five days a week
• Free 1-on-1 coaching and support available
