Sales Support Representative

To support a dynamic sales team, the full-time remote Sales Support Representative will manage the end-to-end RFP process, develop proposals, and assist with various sales operations tasks, ensuring timely and accurate submissions while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities Manage the RFP process, ensuring high-quality proposal submissions and collaboration with carrier partners Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing Salesforce CRM and preparing sales documentation Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and maintain organized proposal documents that align with company standards Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in proposal development, quoting, or sales support, preferably in insurance or employee benefits Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with quoting systems and proposal generation tools Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar platforms Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset
