Talent Attraction Specialist with LHH Recruitment Solutions Project Coordinator – Operations & Onboarding We have an amazing contract role for a Project Coordinator – Operations & Onboarding . In this role, you'll support project execution across teams, assist with onboarding and knowledge transfer, manage logistics and documentation, and ensure seamless operations throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Support hiring and onboarding processes, including coding exercises and documentation. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and logistics. Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups. Maintain technical documentation and runbooks. Finalize presentations and compile status reports. Organize shared folders and track project progress. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, tech, or related field. 3+ years of administrative/project coordination experience. Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills. Proficiency in tools like Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, Teams, and SharePoint. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
