Website: Role Overview Responsible for leading and delivering connectivity service‑related business planning and strategy. This role focuses on wireless and vehicle connectivity domains, B2B operations, and consulting with Hyundai Motor Group affiliates. Acts as a key advocate for client business units and manages client and partner engagements. Key Responsibilities Lead projects related to account management, client services, and partner management Serve as consultant to enhance telematics services for HMG client companies Coordinate internal teams for proposal development Manage contract creation, negotiation, and enterprise agreements Act as primary client contact for connectivity service inquiries Maintain client communication regarding service implementation and operations Manage business analysts as applicable Develop wireless usage forecasting models Negotiate wireless pricing with carriers Develop customer pricing strategies aligned with business goals Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field 10+ years of relevant experience (telematics, IT, automotive, or related industries) 7+ years in business strategy or technology projects Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects Strong organizational and detail‑oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree Consulting experience Telecommunications expertise Experience with contracts, pricing models, and vendor management PMP certification is a plus Salary range $103,170 - $158,873 In addition to a competitive salary, this position offers a fantastic benefits package that includes comprehensive medical/dental coverage, generous PTO, education assistance, and annual merit increase eligibility.
