The Director of Corporate Partnerships is a key development leader responsible for executing strategies to grow and steward corporate revenue and cultivate meaningful partnerships that advance the mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships, this role manages a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects while supporting the integration of corporate sponsorships, cause marketing and employee engagement. The Director serves as a primary relationship manager for corporate partners and collaborates closely with internal teams including Advancement, Marketing & Communications, Finance, and Club Operations. This role is accountable for achieving defined revenue goals, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of corporate prospects, and delivering exceptional partner experiences that reflect BGCCF’s Core Values and commitment to youth development.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute corporate fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals, including sponsorships, cause marketing, workplace giving, and employee engagement initiatives. Manage a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects to achieveResponsible for achieving assigned annual corporate fundraising revenue goals through solicitation, stewardship, renewals, and new business development. Build and manage a pipeline of 50-75 active prospects, targeting renewals, upgrades, and identifying new revenue opportunities. Partner with the Vice President and senior leadership to engage corporate decision-makers and expand partnership opportunities. Ensure strong stewardship of corporate relationships through reporting, impact storytelling, site visits, and engagement opportunities. Sponsorships and Donor Experiences Implement sponsorship packages, cause marketing campaigns, and deliver corporate benefits aligned with partner objectives. Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to ensure consistent branding and recognition for corporate partners. Partner with program staff and the Volunteer team to create meaningful, mission-driven engagement opportunities for corporate partners. Collaboration, Data, and Reporting Ensure accurate and timely entry of corporate and event data in the CRM system. Track progress toward revenue and engagement goals using dashboards and pipeline reports. Prepare reports and updates for the Vice President and internal stakeholders. Partner with Finance to support revenue tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation. External Partnerships and Community Engagement Build relationships with corporations, foundations, and community organizations to expand support for BGCCF. Represent the organization at community and networking events to cultivate new partnerships. Team Collaboration and Support Support a collaborative, high-performing team culture across development and cross-functional departments. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff or coordinators as appropriate. Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and partnership strategies.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field required, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in development, corporate partnerships, or institutional giving. Demonstrated success securing and managing corporate partnerships and sponsorships. Experience supporting fundraising events and partnership activations. Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage corporate stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar). Develops and delivers compelling presentations, proposals, and communications tailored to diverse audiences, actively listening to partner priorities and fostering trust that leads to long-term, strategic partnerships, increased engagement, and renewed philanthropic investment. Leads Self and Teams with Accountability Establishes clear goals, performance expectations, and measurable objectives for the Events function while contributing strategic insight to the Corporate Partnerships plan. Monitors progress and holds self and others accountable for achieving revenue, engagement, and event execution goals. Provides ongoing coaching, constructive feedback, and meaningful recognition to support professional development, strengthen collaboration, and foster a high-performing, mission-driven team culture. Promotes accountability by encouraging proactive problem-solving, continuous improvement, and shared ownership of organizational and departmental objectives. Operational and Analytical Excellence: Uses data, CRM insights, event metrics, and pipeline reporting to guide decisions, refine strategies, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate partnership and event operations. Builds and continuously improves systems, processes, and cross-functional workflows that enhance sponsor fulfillment, volunteer coordination, budgeting, and reporting. Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise, hire, train, manage, and mentor staff. Relationships Internal: Maintains close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/ instructions; instruct; and advise/counsel. External: Maintains contact with members, families, alumni, community leaders, youth-serving professionals, other Clubs, media contacts, donors, volunteers, board members, vendors, consultants, organizations, firms, financial institutions, and others to achieve program goals and objectives, manage costs, share information, and resolve problems.ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal professional office environment with frequent visits to Club sites, corporate offices, and event venues. The position requires working in both indoor and outdoor environments of an office or club setting, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and policy manuals. Required to operate a motor vehicle. Work in environments frequented by children and families, requiring adherence to safety and conduct standards that ensure a child-friendly and family-oriented atmosphere. Must be adaptable to a dynamic work schedule, including evenings to support club activities and events. Weekly travel to events, meetings, and clubs within the Orlando Metro area. Occasionally out of town as needed.PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Physically capable of performing management, programming, in-person activities, and club duties on-site, including lifting to 30 pounds, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, bending, and reaching. Operates a computer and other office productivity equipment such as a copy machine, phone, printer, and tablet frequently. Requires the ability to work on a computer for extended periods (8+ hours), including performing tasks that involve repetitive motion, visual focus, and fine motor skills Visual and auditory acuity to monitor the environment and ensure safety standards are maintained. Mental resilience and the ability to stay focused and effective in a busy, sometimes noisy environment. Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with children, family members, and other staff. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, uneven surfaces, and stairs.
