Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Office Administrator andare looking to add an amazing, friendly, positive, customer focused, career focused teammate You will performclerical and administrative functionsin order to drive company success. Schedule: Monday-Friday Pay: $20 - $24 per hour Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments, events agendas andtravel plans for upper management or other key employees Greet and assist customers and onsite guests and directing them to the office and meeting rooms Answer inbound telephone calls and emails and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or employee based on the nature of the request Develop and implement organized filing systems Performing bookkeeping and financial tasks, such as recording transactions and preparing bank deposits Create and updating databases and records for financial information, personnel records, customer management records and other data Preparing reports, spreadsheets and presentations Supervising members of the administrative staff and delegating tasks to team members in some cases Assisting with onboarding new employees and coordinating HR- related tasks Tracking, replenishing and ordering office supplies to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures Perform all other office tasks Qualifications: Previous experience in office administrationor other related fields (preferably same or relatedindustry) Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strongorganizationalskills Company Description Join the thriving team at Luxor Garage Door Service, a rapidly expanding leader in the garage door industry.
