Job Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 5-8 years of related administrative experience required
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and other web-based applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
• Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and executive-level support needs
• Must be comfortable working 100% on-site in a hospital setting
