(Broken Arrow,OK): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Welder/Fabricator responsible for executing fabrication projects in accordance with approved welding procedures. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction while producing quality welds in a manufacturing environment. This individual is a dependable team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently when required.

Essential Duties:

• Perform MIG (metal core) and Flux-Core welding processes in accordance with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Produce high-quality welds capable of meeting X-ray and ultrasonic inspection standards with minimal rework.
• Pass applicable welding qualification tests and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and specifications to accurately fit and weld pipe, flanges, structural components, and vessel materials.
• Position and secure materials using jigs, fixtures, measuring instruments, and hand tools.
• Weld brackets, braces, and structural components, including code welds when required.
• Operate flame and plasma cutting torches, automated cutting equipment, and basic cutting tools.
• Use grinders and other fabrication equipment to prepare and finish welds.
• Operate welding equipment on a continual basis and forklifts as needed.
• Promote a safe work environment by following all company safety procedures and HSE guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to improve work processes, productivity, and quality.
• Perform basic computer-related tasks as required for documentation and communication.

Requirements/Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Current welding certification required.
• Strong knowledge of welding procedures, structural steel, pipe fabrication, and vessel materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Experience operating welding, cutting, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to pass required welding qualification and inspection tests.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills in English.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Frequently inspect equipment and climb stairs and ladders while maintaining balance without assistance.
• Frequently operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools.
• Occasionally bend, squat, stoop, twist, reach, and climb during normal job duties.
• Ability to work in both hot and cold weather conditions.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver materials and equipment as required by the position.
• Occasionally use computers, telephones, printers, copiers, and other office equipment for work-related tasks.
