**Job Requirements & Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** At least 2 years required (hardstop requirement), Previous Charge Experience preferred, Community Hospital Experience required, Trauma Level I & II Experience preferred, LTAC Experience preferred
- **Certifications:** ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC
- **Skills:** BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors, Level II Trauma Center, Management of dysrhythmias, Stroke Certified Facility, Triage
- **Charting System Experience:** Required (Epic system)
- **Patient Ratio Experience:** 1:3
- **Patient Age Groups Experience:** Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics
- **Licensure:** Compact license must be in hand at submission

**Miscellaneous:**
- Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)
- Requires two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years; can include Charge RNs/Lead
- Local radius: 50 miles (accepted at lower bill rate)
- Background Policy: Facility does not accept Nursys or BG hits
- Return Staff Policy: Can return after 3 months

- Flu vaccine: Unknown status
- COVID-19 vaccine: Not required
