Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and engage in active listening to understand client needs and histories.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, adjusting approaches based on client progress and changing circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and records compliant with ethical and legal standards, ensuring client confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing education and training opportunities to stay updated on best practices in mental health counseling.

• Provide teletherapy services to clients, ensuring accessibility for those facing mobility and transportation challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. You will utilize your skills to create meaningful connections, offering support that helps clients rebuild their lives and relationships. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven experience in clinical settings, particularly within the telehealth framework, is highly desirable.

• Well-developed organizational and time management capabilities to manage caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
