Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to support diverse learning needs
• Passion for supporting the growth and well-being of school-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Assess and evaluate students’ motor skills, sensory needs, and functional abilities within the school context
• Develop and implement individualized therapy goals and treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress, and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insight to student plans
• Offer consultative support and resources to staff and families
