Job Description

Ideal candidate will have the following:

Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to architects, designers, owners reps, realtors and potential clients related to the real estate market and construction industry.
Appointment Setting and Management: Coordinate and set up appointments with potential clients, ensuring a seamless and professional approach.
Database Management: Create and maintain a detailed database of potential relationships, including contact information and interaction history.

Qualifications:

Office based, must be able to work in the office
University Bachelors Degree
Bilingual - English/Spanish
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using CRM software or other database management tools
