Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based counseling and therapy to individuals, couples, and families across various platforms, including video calls and secure messaging.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the therapy process, tracking progress and outcomes in line with regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations with peers and supervisors to discuss treatment strategies and improve client outcomes.

Your practice will entail working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with a focus on mental health treatment.

• State licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is required to ensure you're equipped to provide therapeutic services.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience, demonstrating a history of working effectively with diverse client groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
