Project ManagerStructural Steel and Miscellaneous Metals Manufacturer seeking a Project Manager to join the team.Experience with concrete reinforcing, structural steel, miscellaneous metals. Including materials, fabrication processes and methods, negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, engineering, delivery methods.Strong communication and relationship management skillsAbility to work under pressure in fast paced fluid environment without supervisionProficiency with reading and interpreting structural drawings and specificationsGeneral oversight with submittalsDirect contact for customers - excellent problem-solving skillsAssist with estimating change ordersCollaborate with Production Manager on scheduling work and finished goods deliveryExcellent organizational and prioritization skillsHighly organized, accurate and detail orientedComputer Programs:Tekla EPM, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Computer EaseQualifications:Experience with structural steel, miscellaneous metals, reinforcing steel, concreteEducation:Minimum of associates degree in Drafting/Estimating or construction managementB.S. Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
