Development Coordinator – San Antonio, Texas THIS COMPANY OFFERS… Contract opportunity – start in October and work through January 2027. Work closely with Development leadership and gain exposure to all aspects of fundraising operations. Play a critical role in maintaining donor data integrity and supporting donor stewardship efforts. Utilize your organizational and database management skills in a highly visible support role. YOUR TYPICAL DAY... Processing and entering charitable gifts accurately within Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT. Maintaining donor records and ensuring data integrity within the development database. Running reports and organizing fundraising data to support leadership decision-making. Coordinating donor acknowledgments, mail merges, and thank-you communications. Tracking stewardship activities and assisting with donor follow-up efforts. Providing administrative support to the Development team, including document preparation and record management. Managing spreadsheets, reporting tools, and departmental data requests. Collaborating with Development leadership to support daily fundraising operations and special projects. BACKGROUND PROFILE... Previous experience in a Development Coordinator, Development Assistant, Development Administrator, Donor Services, or similar support role. Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, Raiser’s Edge, or another donor CRM/database strongly preferred. Strong data entry and gift processing experience with a commitment to accuracy.
