Grants Administrator / Grants Program Manager – City of Pawtucket, RI The City of Pawtucket, RI seeks an experienced, highly organized, and results‑oriented professional to serve as the Grants Administrator / Grants Program Manager. This position is responsible for identifying, writing, and administering Federal, State, regional, and local grant opportunities that support City infrastructure, community development, capital projects, and strategic initiatives. Job Description The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of grant activities, including: research of grant opportunities development of grant applications compliance monitoring reporting and reimbursement requests inter‑departmental coordination post‑award administration oversight and coordination of outside consultants and grant‑writing professionals retained by the City The position works a 40‑hour week with a salary range of $75,000–$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Highly qualified candidates may be considered for the high end of the salary range.
