Ocean Place Resort & Spa is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Meeting Manager to join our team in beautiful Long Branch, NJ. • Coordinate and manage all aspects of executive meetings and events, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.
• Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and communications related to meetings and conferences.
• Prepare detailed reports, budgets, and post-event evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to enhance meeting experiences.

• Proven experience in meeting or event management, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Competitive salary range of $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly.
