If you're a licensed RN with leadership experience and a passion for quality, we'd love to hear from you!Job Duties:Supervise nursing staff and support the Director of NursingAssess resident care needs and oversee care programsEnsure compliance with nursing policies and regulationsConduct rounds, address concerns, and lead quality assurance effortsManage staffing, training, and performance evaluationsParticipate in budgeting and resource planningRepresent the nursing department in the DON's absenceQualifications:Graduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent RN licenseManagement experience in a nursing home preferredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of nursing regulations and best practicesAbility to handle emergencies and sensitive situations professionallyThe Avenue at Lyndhurst is a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care facility offering a distinctive experience not commonly found in traditional care settings.
