Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, business, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to commute to our Schaumburg office
- Leadership or coaching experience is highly desirable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
