You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Dedicated to customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
