Mostly remote administrative assistant/ bookkeeper for Austin law firm.
This job will be mostly remote, with periodic trips needed to the office to pick-up checks or other duties. Office is in Westlake. We're seeking candidates living in the Austin metro area, only.
- 20 hours per week.
- Prepare invoices.
- Insurance Billing.
- End of Month reconciliations.
Bookkeeping experience is required. Law firm experience is preferred. The firm uses Clio Manage software.
