Our client, a healthcare center is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the Hematology/Oncology department.
- This is a long-term temp position which may have potential to convert to a perm job.
- The work schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm or 9am- 5pm.
- The payrate is $16.00 per hour.
Job Description
- Answering phones for a hematology oncology office with four doctors
- Schedule appointments to see doctors, for lab visits and testing.
- Check patients in and out.
- Collect copays.
- Experienced candidate who can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Insurance verification is a plus but not required.
Experience and Education
- Two years of medical reception experience
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
