We help dental practices nationwide find qualified professionals and are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our client base. This is a sales-focused position centered on prospecting, reaching hiring decision-makers, selling recruitment services, and generating new business. What You'll Do Prospect dental practices nationwide and identify new business opportunities Reach practice owners, office managers, HR leaders, and hiring decision-makers Cold call, email, use LinkedIn, and conduct consistent outbound outreach Introduce and sell Desort's recruitment and staffing services Identify hiring needs and convert prospects into new clients Follow up consistently and manage a pipeline of prospects Build long-term relationships with dental practices Work with our recruiting team to support client hiring needs What We're Looking For Experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or staffing Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting Strong ability to identify and reach the right decision-makers Persistent and confident with follow-ups Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Experience with LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems Recruitment/staffing sales experience is highly preferred Dental industry experience is a plus Spanish/English bilingual is a plus What We Offer Fully remote Flexible schedule Training and support Company systems and resources Uncapped commission potential Growth opportunities with Desort Compensation Commission-only.
