Each day you will:

• Search for active job postings on:

• LinkedIn

• Indeed

• ZipRecruiter

• Company career pages

• Identify decision makers (Owner, Managing Partner, Office Manager, HR Director)

• Reach out via:

• LinkedIn messaging

• Email

• Phone (when available)

• Position Sociable Society Talent as a recruiting solution

• Book qualified appointments for our team to present candidates

Your job is not to close deals.

Your job is to create interest and secure a meeting.
