Proposal Coordinator II

Responsibilities Overseeing & coordinating preparation of individual proposals as assigned to ensure winning submissions Coordinate the preparation of proposals as assigned with external and internal partners Write and/or edit proposals as required Maintain proposal databases as assigned Prepare material and presenters for internal and external presentations Participate in client debriefings and prepare summaries to ensure continuous improvement Prepare marketing materials as requested Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Similar Field preferred Five (5) years prior professional experience in technical writing and/or proposal preparation required Prior experience in construction or engineering proposal preparation desirable Ability to co‑ordinate and manage personnel who are not direct reports through influence Superior technical writing skills Proficiency with all MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Highly organized Ability to multi‑task with minimal supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Works well independently or in a team environment Ability to respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines Ability to work effectively and efficiently in an unfamiliar environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
