Job Summary

We are seeking an Oracle Database Administrator to manage and maintain enterprise database environments that support mission-critical business applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for database performance, security, availability, backup and recovery, and overall database lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Oracle database environments.
Monitor database performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
Manage database security, user access controls, and compliance requirements.
Perform database tuning, indexing, and query optimization activities.
Support application development teams with database design and troubleshooting.
Monitor database health and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain database documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
Implement high-availability solutions and replication technologies.
Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
