About the Position

Join a growing behavioral health organization as a Nurse Practitioner Director of Medical Services and key member of the leadership team. Reporting to the VP of Medical Services, you will provide strategic, administrative, and clinical leadership for a team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other medical professionals.

In this fully remote role, you will oversee the medical delivery of behavioral health services, promote evidence-based clinical practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and help drive consistent, high-quality patient care.

Full-Time | Remote | Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania & Virginia

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• PMHNP-BC certification.
• Active PMHNP/APRN license in Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Virginia; willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses as required.
• At least 3 years of post-licensure PMHNP experience, including pediatric or adolescent mental health.
• At least 3 years of administrative or leadership experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience applying evidence-based practices in pediatric psychiatry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate medical professionals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to behavioral health services.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $140,000–$160,000, based on experience, licensure, and location.
