We have partnered with a leading global ingredient manufacturer to recruit for an Account Manager – Flavors. This commercial role is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships across the Central region, supporting food and beverage manufacturers with customized flavor solutions. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, or a related discipline. 3–8+ years of sales or account management experience within the flavors or value added ingredients space Strong understanding of flavor applications across food and beverage categories. Proven ability to hunt and develop business in new territories. Experience covering multi-state territories, ideally within the Central / South East region Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑facing skills. Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of food and beverage customers across Central US. Develop new business opportunities with emerging and established manufacturers. Partner with applications and R&D teams to support customer briefs, trials, and commercialization. Lead pricing discussions, account planning, and commercial negotiations. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market intelligence. Represent the business at customer meetings, trade shows, and regional industry events.
