Duties are site-specific and may involve all or some of the following: reception, medical records, switchboard, referrals, and scheduling.We are looking for a qualified, motivated individual with a passion for family medicine who can:Communicate effectivelyProvide excellent customer serviceEffectively manage patient flowRespond to patient questions and/or concerns in a calm and helpful mannerAccurately enter and review patient data in the EMRPrioritize and multitask on multiple projects with frequent interruptionsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities :Ability to establish lasting and effective employee relationships in a team environmentProficiency in using standard computer and office equipmentGood spelling, grammar, typing, data entry, and phone skillsAbility to maintain patient privacy and confidentialityAbility to adapt to process and procedure changesAbility to thrive and grow in a fast-paced, learning environmentMedical office experience is helpful, but not requiredBilingual a plusQualificationsEducation & Experience: High School diploma or GED, or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger coordination, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and listen attentively.
