Sales/Operations Analyst (Ready-Mix)

Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements Partner with sales and operations teams to support pricing strategies and customer insights Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and forecasts to drive business decisions Support process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy across sales operations Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on key initiatives and business priorities What Are We Looking For Background in ready-mix or building materials strongly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, reporting platforms, or similar systems) to support decision-making Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering results This role operates in a professional office setting with frequent interaction across sales, operations, and leadership teams. Occasional travel may be required to support business needs and collaboration across locations.
