Marketing Coordinator / Assistant Marketing ManagerWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator / Assistant Marketing Manager to support business-focused marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, improve client engagement, and generate qualified leads. This role works closely with internal teams to coordinate marketing materials, proposals, and outreach efforts that support company growth. Responsibilities include supporting the planning and execution of business marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation, assisting in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, capability statements, presentations, and proposals, coordinating with internal departments to gather information needed for marketing and business development projects, maintaining and updating company marketing documents, templates, and internal marketing files, helping manage lead tracking and reporting through CRM tools and internal systems, conducting market research on industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities, supporting customer outreach efforts, including follow-ups, email communications, and campaign coordination, assisting with coordinating trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities, tracking and reporting marketing performance and business development activity metrics, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred), minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development support, sales support, or a related role, strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience creating professional documents and presentations (PowerPoint, Word, etc.), comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools, experience with proposal support, client outreach, or project coordination is a plus.Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, retirement savings plan, paid vacation and sick leave, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative and supportive work environment.
