Role Description MUST HOLD RE TEXAS LICENSE. This is a full‑time, hybrid Luxury Real Estate Advisor role based in Austin, TX, with a mix of in‑office client engagement, property visits, and some work‑from‑home flexibility for administrative and marketing tasks. On a day‑to‑day basis, you will prospect and build a pipeline of buyers and sellers, conduct property showings, host open houses, and provide tailored guidance throughout the transaction process. You will prepare and present comparative market analyses, advise on pricing and positioning, and collaborate with clients on strategies to bring listings to market. The role includes drafting and reviewing real‑estate documents in coordination with brokers and legal professionals, negotiating offers and counter‑offers, and managing transactions from initial consultation through closing. You will also maintain CRM records, attend trainings and team meetings, and represent THE AGENCY AUSTIN’s brand and service standards at networking events and community activities. Qualifications Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property concepts, with knowledge of local Austin luxury markets and property types. Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing high‑value transactions. Effective Negotiation skills to advocate for clients, structure competitive offers, and resolve issues throughout the transaction. Interest in Training and continuous learning, including participation in brokerage‑led coaching, market updates, and skill‑development programs. Active Texas real estate license (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust‑based relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential client information. Comfort with technology tools such as CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, virtual tour software, and standard office applications.
