Job Summary: We are seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Kent, WA area. The Warehouse Manager will oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse staff, and safety standards in a fast‑paced consumer packaged goods manufacturing and distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and overall workflow. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel while promoting a positive and productive team culture. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support customer, production, and operational requirements. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory controls, and proper warehouse procedures. Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Partner with purchasing, customer service, and operations teams to support efficient warehouse execution. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 per year. Job type: Direct hire.
