We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to coordinate clinical office activities and support the Practice Manager in ensuring smooth patient flow and adequate staffing. This role involves fostering effective communication and strong relationships with providers, patients, and staff to deliver exceptional healthcare experiences.

Education and Certification

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required.

Experience

• Two to three years of experience as an LPN in a physician office or outpatient clinical setting preferred.

Requirements and Skills

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in learning and using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, kneel, walk, bend, and lift frequently.
• Ability to work under mental and physical stress.
• Visual and auditory acuity necessary for patient observation and communication.
• Willingness to handle potential exposure to blood or infectious materials.
