General Assistant - Central Registration (Part-time/no benefits) TEMPORARY

General Assistant - Central Registration

Temporary Location: Educational Services Center

Available: July 20, 2026 - August 28, 2026 (exact dates TBD)

Compensation: $19.60 p/hr

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30 PM (Monday - Thursday)

General Secretary to the Central Registration Department will be required to perform a variety of duties to support the registration and enrollment of new students and families in the district. Duties to include:

Greet and direct clients
Keep meeting schedules
Receive deliveries
General clerical support

Requirements:

Bilingual a plus
Must work as a team member and exercise good judgement, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively orally and in writing
Excellent organizational skills and flexibility required
High school diploma required, experience with Infinite Campus a plus

Procedure: Apply through the CBSD Employment Portal on or before July 24, 2026. EOE
