Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to join our team.

What You'll Do

As a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the full-cycle recruiting process for company-wide hiring needs. Responsibilities include:

• Create, post, and maintain job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Source and engage candidates to build talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluations.
• Attend recruiting events and engage with potential applicants and community partners.
• Maintain timely communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding activities and partner with Human Resources to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
• Process new hire paperwork and maintain accurate employee records.
• Enter and maintain recruiting data within applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
• Track recruiting metrics and assist with reporting and data analysis.
• Provide administrative support to the recruiting and HR teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring practices and employment policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, human resources, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree+ preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay of $28-30.00 per hour.
