Shift Details: Days

Job Description:
The Nurse Manager for Mother/Baby Care Unit accepts responsibility for all department functions in support of the mission, vision, values and facility goals.
The Nurse Manager is an RN and accepts responsibility for critical thinking decisions within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license required.
BLS Required.
NRP Required.
Minimum of 5 years' experience (or 2 years with supervisory experience managing teams and driving process improvements).
Recent Acute Care Leadership Experience In Mother Baby Unit Required
